This unique copper pot is ideal for perfectly cooking trout, sturgeon, cod, hake, and much more. It is entirely handcrafted from copper by an Italian craftsman, following ancient copperworking techniques that have largely disappeared. Our unique, pure artisanal manufacturing technique is evident in the fine, uneven hammering, which gives this piece durability over time. The internal tinning is also done by hand, using pure tin.

The internal grill, handcrafted from aluminum, allows for optimal fish handling during cooking.

Over time, the tinning will tend to darken; this is nothing to be alarmed about, as it is a natural effect produced by the pure tin.
